Fear is Not My Killer

-*-

Fear is not my killer

For they can try to batter my frame with

Sticks alight with golden flame

But they cannot

Touch me here

I am beyond comprehension

No longer a product of a war

That I never had any part in

Other than a victim

Of association

So try, and fail

I'm not ever going back

At least never without a fight

Normal isn't meant

For me
